The team have worked for various financiers in Australia and overseas. The team are experienced in many areas of finance including: Consumer lending, Business lending, Property lending, Trade Finance, Self Managed Super Fund lending, Equipment finance, Car finance.
Our Directors
Simon is a director and co-founder of Fit Finance.
Simon studied a Bachelor of Business Commerce degree at Griffith University, holds a diploma in Mortgage Broking and is a Commissioner of Declarations. Simon has worked at National Australia Bank for 14 years in various roles including a senior credit analyst and a business relationship manager. Simon managed a portfolio of business clients in excess of $200M+.
Simon has extensive finance experience and is heavily involved in the Vietnamese Community. Simon is service driven and is always prepared to go that extra step to ensure a great customer experience.
Chris is a director and co-founder of Fit Finance.
Chris holds a Business degree and a diploma in mortgage brokering and is passionate about Banking and Finance. With previous business banking experience at National Australia Bank Chris held positions as both a senior credit analyst and a business relationship manager – managing a portfolio of business clients in various industries.
Chris has been able to apply his skills in banking to assist his customers in achieving a great outcome and is passionate about the service he provides his customers.
Mark is a director and co-founder of Fit Finance.
Mark holds a masters in management studies and a diploma in mortgage brokering. He has been in the finance industry for over 30 years and has worked for numerous financial institutions including Bank of New Zealand, Countrywide Bank, Credit Suisse and National Australia Bank.
Mark is customer focused and solutions driven and believes communication is the key to a great customer experience.
Chanaka is a director and co-founder of Fit Finance.
Chanaka holds a bacherlors degree and a diploma in mortgage brokering. He has extensive experience in the finance industry and has spent the last few years as a senior Business Banking Manager at one of Australia’s big four banks.
Chanaka loves to assist customers and provide a solution to meet their needs.
Our Team
Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from QUT with a major in Finance and a Diploma in Mortgage Broking. With over 12 years of experience in the finance industry, he has worked with major institutions including National Australia Bank, Suncorp, and Commonwealth Bank as a Business Banking Manager. Tim’s extensive career in banking has seen him manage clients across a spectrum of industries from events and catering, construction, to digital design and marketing.
Driven by a passion for client assistance, Tim maintains a solution-focused approach to guarantee an excellent customer experience.
Eric is a Partner and Senior Finance Consultant at Fit Finance.
He holds an International Business Degree, a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Brokering Management and is a Certified Professional Banker.
With 13 years at a Major Bank in Australia, Eric has excelled in key roles across Retail Banking, Credit Fulfilment, Equipment Finance and Commercial Banking. Some of his positions include QLD Small Business BDM in the Third-Party division and he has also been a Senior Relationship Manager, supporting a diverse range of clients and businesses, some with annual revenues exceeding $250m. His expertise spans first-home buyers, high-net-worth individuals, health professionals, property investors and developers, as well as SMEs across transport, retailing, wholesaling, manufacturing, mining and engineering services. He has also worked with major global franchisors and franchisees.
Eric is fluent in English, Chinese Mandarin and Hakka, with a working knowledge of Cantonese. Eric is highly client-focused, and he prides himself on delivering tailored financial solutions, exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.
Ivana is an administrative and broker support worker at Fit Finance.
Ivana is completing her bachelor’s degree of business majoring in finance and has completed her Certificate IV in finance and mortgage broking. She has been a part of the team for 2 years and looks to grow within the industry.
Customer service is Ivana’s highest priority. She values great team culture as it’s a foundation of customers overall experience.
